Abstract
Control is an important tool of strategic management of human resources. This article is devoted mainly
to this problem. Here are discusses such issues as: the function and importance of control in the human
resource management system. Principles derived from business practice on which control should be based in
order to successfully perform its functions, evaluation of control results and its stages, evaluation of personnel,
as a form of control.
